Who Am I

I’m just an average guy who happened to buy a condo before the real estate spike that peaked in 2006. I’m one of the proud few who not only weathered the spike, but still has some equity to prove it. I started this blog to hopefully help some of those people who were not fortunate to keep their homes through the past years, and I’m also hoping to help first time home buyers understand when enough is enough in terms of how much home they can actually afford.
